Wings continue to battle, big crowd greets team

...By far the largest crowd of the season greeted the Wings Wednesday night at McDonough on State Senator Nozzolio Night. More than 2000 Fans poured into the ballpark to catch the Wings and Royals. Although things didn't quite go the Wings way as they dropped the game 6-1 to the Royals, many fans who hadn't seen a game this season were plseantly surprised by the quality of play the NYCBL has provided and the changes to the old stadium. You still have a chance to visit the old ball park two more times this season as the Wings host Watertown Thursday and Rochester again on Friday. The Wings will also conduct post-game autograph sessions on the field following each of the remaining home games.
