Wings to play at Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.... Post Date March 20th, 2007

... The Wings have added a game to their schedule. On Monday June 11th the Wings will play the Saratoga Philliesfrom the NYCBL Eastern Division in an exhibition game on famed Doubleday Field in Cooperstown, NY. This meeting will mark the scond time in three years that the Wings have played on this historic field. In 2005 the Wings made the trip in to Cooperstown and defeated the Delaware Cows of the Great Lakes League 4-1. This should be a awesome day, as it is a unique opportunity for players and fans alike. What could be better than catching a game on Historic Doubleday Field and touring the Hall with the players?
