Bertuccini buries Yankees... Post date July 8th, 2007
...Paul Bertuccini (LSU) was locked in yesterday afternoon as he shut down the Yankees pitching near perfect baseball, allowing 2 hits and a walk, and facing only 23 batters in 7 innnings of work. Dusty Odenbach (UConn) came in in the eighth to hold the game then Kyle Bellamy (Miami) stayed perfect getting his seventh save of the year striking out the side. Andrew Damewood (University of Texas @ Tyler) went 3-5 and Brendan Stokes (Northeastern) added two RBI's and Julio Gomez (Coker College) and Nick Spears (Francis Marion) added one RBI each rounding our the scoring.
...The Wings next game is Tuesday as they return home to face the Alegany County Nitros. First pitch is at 7:30. Come on out and enjoy a game at "Big Mac"!�
